  • How long will my body butter stay fresh and what is the best way to store them?
    Because our body butters are natural and do not contain preservatives, we recommend using them within 6 months after opening at room temperature. However, natural shea butters will melt at high temperatures or high heat.
  • My shea body butter melted, what should I do?"
    Our butters will be affected by warm temperatures. However, it does not affect quality or performance. If your butter melts or becomes too soft, simply refrigerate until it cools. After refrigeration, the whipped texture will be altered, however, the butter will maintain the fresh fragrance and moisturizing properties.
  • Do you offer a pickup option for local customers?
    Mail delivery is currently available. Pickup options are not available at this time.
  • Questions About Your Order?
    All domestic orders, for regular shipping, received after 2:00 p.m. CT will be shipped the following day with the exception of express shipment orders. For all questions or order status please email us at info@iremianaturals.com and include your full name and order number in the subject line. Please provide us with as much information as possible
  • Do you offer wholesale pricing?
    We offer retail pricing at this time.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Currently we offer domestic U.S. shipping only.
  • Where is my Tracking Number?
    Shipping tracking numbers from XPSship.com will be provided via email or via the website within 1-3 days post order.
  • I did not receive an order confirmation via email.
    If you made a successful purchase and you see the money for your order has been withdrawn from your bank account, please confirm that you entered in the correct email address. Order confirmations are automatically sent to the email address that was provided during checkout. We also suggest checking your emails SPAM/JUNK folder.
  • RETURN POLICY
